I was not able to get anyone to tell me what it takes to get back into their good graces with a specific amount of play.
The “solution” is to book over the phone or to book while not logged into your account and then provide your diamond status when you check in or call it into the hotel before and you will not be charged resort fees. Logically, one would think that they would still let you book rack rates through the app or through your account but the system is not able to do that apparently. So when you are logged in and you are one of us who is apparently blackballed from making room reservation because everything shows sold out….All dates all times all Vegas properties…you aren’t banned it’s just that you do not qualify for any discounted rate. Via customer service email exchange I was told that discounted or comped rates depend entirely on play and not tier status.
I have the exact problem others mentioned above.
